Hi, I want
to thank you for browsing our website. My
name is Daisy and my sister Nancy and I are the owners
of Leonardo’s Cake Creations. We were born in New
York and raised in Puerto Rico. We pretty
much have been together everywhere. My sister Nancy
has a Bachelors degree in nursing and recently retired
from the military. I have an Associates degree
in Business Administration and my passion has always
been in the kitchen cooking and baking.
Baking and decorating cakes has been my biggest
inspiration since my early years. I have been
baking cakes for the past 23 years.

I am self taught and
most of my learning has been from reading and practice. To keep up with
the new techniques and advance my skills in the cake decorating
world, I have taken courses with Marco Antonio Lopez and
Sonia Escobar who are recognized in America as The ambassadors
of cake Decorating Techniques”.
Our goal here at Leonardo’s Cake Creation is to make sure that every customer
is 100% satisfied. Our cakes are moist, delicious and are never frozen;
all of our cakes are made the night before your event; our cakes are also made
from the finest ingredients available to us. They are made from scratch. Our
recipes are genuine from our native land of Puerto Rico.
Whether it is a wedding cake, grooms cake, specialty cake or sculptured cake
